From the initial design stages through to the finished handcrafted jewel, she will utilise her expertise and resources accumulated over years of experience to guide clients and assist in creating your ideal piece of jewellery.
Ami has the ability to remodel or upcycle old treasures and sentimental jewellery to craft new pieces of bespoke jewellery. This process is sometimes referred to as reworking, upcycling, or recycling as well. Ami's primary passion lies in creating beautiful new pieces from inherited stones and old gold, breathing fresh life into aged gems, and extracting them from outdated jewellery items, making it their most gratifying and sought-after service.

One thing to bear in mind is that, with experience, it is best not to mix the different gold carats, especially with 9ct gold. This can cause more problems in the upcycling process and potentially lead to more wastage.
Also more stones and gold/platinum can be added to your specified design if there is not enough in the materials you provide, but this will all be calculated before any work commences on your piece.
